How VOCEE is committed to helping its clients increase their water reuse
Water reuse (also commonly known as water recycling or water reclamation) reclaims water from a variety of sources then treats and reuses it for beneficial purposes such as agriculture and irrigation, potable water supplies, groundwater replenishment, industrial processes, and environmental restoration. Water reuse can provide alternatives to existing water supplies and be used to enhance water security, sustainability, and resilience.
The water is treated differently depending upon the source and use of the water as well as how it gets delivered.VOCEE Supporting clients to implement sustainable water reuse solutions.

Membrane-based water reuse treatment is a process that combines different membrane technologies, such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis, organically to achieve the goals of efficient pollutant removal and deep desalination. In recent years, the dual-membrane water treatment technology (ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis membrane) has gradually entered the water treatment field due to its simple process and easy realization of automatic control. |
|
Process Description The ultrafiltration membrane in the double-membrane process, owing to its high precision and remarkable stability of the produced water quality, is more suitable for treating the feed water of reverse osmosis systems than traditional methods. Therefore, it is widely applied in the pretreatment system of reverse osmosis for reclaimed water reuse. The desalination rate of RO wastewater treatment is generally over 95%, with COD and BOD removal rates exceeding 85%, and the water recovery rate is between 65%- 85%. Therefore, the salt content, hardness, turbidity, COD, SS, and other indicators of the effluent are extremely low and its quality stable and reliable. Generally, it can be directly reused or further desalinated for use as pure water, boiler feed water, etc. |
