The main material of PVDF with reinforced lining is polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF),which has following characteristic:
1.High strength: the tensile strength of reinforced PVDF membrane is more than 50 times higher than that of ordinary membrane, and the tensile strength ≥ 200N. 2.Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, good chemical stability. 3.High flux, 60% higher than that of conventional membrane. 4.Modular design,compact structure,small floor area, easy installation, disassembly and cleaning. |

VOCEE MBR Water Treatment System Membrane bioreactor (MBR)is a new type of waste water treatment technology combining high efficiency membrane separation technology with activated sludge. A low pressure membrane is used to replace secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. Unlike the secondary sedimentation tank, the effect of solid-liquid separation does not depend on the concentration of the suspended solids in the mixture or its sedimentation characteristics. So It can be used for municipal sewage or industrial waste water with high organic content. The solid-liquid separation process with membrane module greatly improves the quality of sewage after advanced treatment. Compared with the traditional process,MBR can make the activated sludge have higher sludge concentration and strengthen the removal of organic matter and nitrogen. |
