What is Desalination

Desalination is a process that removes salts and minerals from saline water to produce fresh water for human consumption,production or irrigation.

 

Reverse osmosis is currently a widely used method for desalinating seawater. The core principle thereof lies in transporting seawater to a reverse osmosis membrane by means of high pressure, and separating the salt and impurities in the seawater through the minute pores of the membrane,so that the fresh water filtered out is pure and devoid of impurities.

Automatic control and security using PLC, touch screen with WIFI, can use mobile phone or computer remote monitoring and operation in any place with a network, you can control the equipment at any time. Also,Enables us to analyze the most important system data and provide remote support in the event of a failure.

3)High pressure pump frequency control

The high pressure pump is equipped with an ABB brand variable frequency controller to control the pump's operating frequency for optimal energy efficiency and safety.

4)Energy reovery device

The highly efficient energy recovery device integrates to recover the energy released during the desalination process, thereby enhancing the overall energy efficiency of the system and reducing operating costs.

5)Automatic flushing

Automatic flushing before starting and closing and timed automatic flushing to prevent the concentration polarization of the reverse osmosis membrane to ensure maximum reliability.

6) Online water quality monitoring

The device can monitor the quality of input (seawater)and produced water(fresh water). If the quality of the produced water decreases, the system can issue warning signals, and the unqualified water is automatically discharged to prevent the fresh water from being polluted, so as to ensure the water quality is reliable, safe and sanitary.

7)Multiple sampling points make quick and simple quality control possible.

8) Electronic flow measurement flow indicator of product flow, which can observe the output capacity of the equipment at any time.

9)Display with continuously updated system status, permeate flow and system pressure, Included lower/over-pressure protection, if such conditions occur,the equipment will automatically stop and give an audible and visual alarm

High standard anti-corrosion materials

Water Pipes

The equipment pipelines are made of seawater corrosion-resistant duplex steel 2205 and UPVC. Duplex steel ‌2205 has better seawater corrosion resistance, can withstand seawater erosion and corrosion, and maintain a long service life‌.

 High-pressure pump

1)The high-pressure pump uses a multi-plunger pump. The pressure pulse generated in the pressure pipeline is extremely small, which will not damage the reverse osmosis membrane.

2)The plunger pump only uses water as the pump lubrication, no lubricating oil is required, and the membrane damage caused by lubricating oil leakage is eliminated.

3) Long life. Provide 8000 hours of maintenance-free operation.

4)The flow-through parts of the pump are made of super duplex steel (SAF 2507/EN1.4410/UNS 32750) stainless steel, and the shell is made of duplex steel (SAF 2205/EN1.4462/UNS 31803) stainless steel.
