VOCEE Ultrafiltration Membrane

VOCEE ultrafiltration membrane filbers have undergone a specific hydrophilization treatment, which considerably enhances the hydrophilicity of the membranes. This enables the membrane filber to have a higher water permeation flux, extends the service life of the membranes, and further enhances their anti-fouling property.

After being promoted for many years, it has been widely used in areas like industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, reclaimed water reuse, drinking water, industrial production process water, and the pretreatment of pure water and ultrapure water.

1.Adopts PVDF hollow fiber with hydrophilicity, High mechanical strength,not easy to break. It has a longer lifespan, strong anti-pollution ability, resistant to chemical cleaning and high concentration of residual chlorine solution     

2.The 0.01um nominal membrane pore diameter can remove bacterial, irses,microorganisms,particulate matter, colloids and macromolecular organic matters, effectively ensure the product effect or protect the subsequent process equipment.

3.The packaging structure is divided into sectors and central tube,making full use of each membrane wire in the module, effectively ensuring the product performance of the membrane module.

4.The external pressure structure makes the cleaning more thorough and prolongs the service life of the membrane.

5.Integrated U-PVC membrane housing eliminates the need for expensive pressure vessels.
